L K Productions International’s Script Writing & Direction program prepares students to achieve their dreams and become successful film makers. The certificate course in script writing & direction is a Jain University accredited course piloted by award winning movie director Ms Vidhu Vincent. It is a UGC approved foundation course designed to equip aspirants with the practical skills of end-to-end process of movie making such as pre-production, production and post production. It provides the participants with a platform in which they can experience high octane conviction to create a 3-5 minutes long short film.

Our scriptwriting and direction course is intended to introduce you to the world of cinema. Cinema is a realm packed with many opportunities and you can grab your well-deserved opportunity through our formal training.
The classes will be handled by Award Winning Filmmaker Vidhu Vincent. She is an Indian film director, writer, journalist and theatre activist from Kerala. It’s a 3 months course meant for people passionate about writing, direction, and all types of art connected to filmmaking, regardless of their age and gender. It is a UGC-approved certificate course certified by Jain University. Our course will provide the aspirant filmmakers with the basic knowledge and better understanding of scriptwriting, direction, cinematography, audiography and editing.
Following the completion of 3 months course, there will be a 10 days full-time workshop. Students are compulsory to participate in the 10 days full-time workshop. After the workshop, there will be an online exam for writing, direction, editing, cinematography, and audiography. The online exam will be conducted by the university. Once the online exam is over, you are required to submit a minimum of 3 minutes short film of your own. The UGC-approved course certificate from Jain University will be handed over to students once they successfully go through these processes.
The course duration is 3 months in which 60 days will be online classes through Zoom from Monday to Friday (7:00 pm to 8:30 pm) and 10 days of full-time practical workshop following the online classes.
The minimum educational qualification required to join this course is plus two or equivalent.

This segment is designed to help students develop their scripts for their films. It focuses on the fundamentals of visual storytelling by training the students to convert their ideas into letters. The course helps the students with constructive analysis and support as they take a story from initial idea, treatment and step outline to a rough draft, and finally, a shooting script. The intersection of story structure, theme, character, tension, and conflict will be examined.

Although directors are born and not made, a formal training with certification is necessary for everyone new to direction and to get your profile upgraded. Our course will be helpful to the aspirant and inexperienced directors who wish to raise their direction to a professional level.
Visual language is getting reformed rapidly. It’s the art and science of motion picture photography with cinematographers of great vision, an imaginative sensibility, solid eye-hand coordination, and knowledge of digital cameras and technology.
