The necessary documents are Mark Sheets of SSLC, Plus Two, UG consolidated Degree and individual mark sheets of 3 years (if applicable), PG Consolidated Degree and individual mark sheets of 2 years (if applicable), Transfer Certificate, identity proof and photos.
